REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AHGTH (All Hustlers Go To Heaven), every piece is created with purpose. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and satisfied with your experience.

Please review our refund and exchange policy before placing your order.

ESSENTIALS — SIZE EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges on eligible Essentials items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags and labels must remain attached.
Items must be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of use.
Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are available for a different size of the same product, provided the requested size is in stock.

Only one size exchange is permitted per order. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit for an eligible returned item.

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, sizing preferences, or personal preference.

LIMITED RELEASES — FINAL SALE

Our Limited Releases are produced in exclusive quantities and may not be restocked.

All Limited Release purchases are final sale.

Returns, refunds, and size exchanges are not accepted on these items, except for defective products, incorrect orders, or where otherwise required by law.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every AHGTH order is handled with care.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the issue

Once reviewed and verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Reporting an issue after 7 days does not automatically exclude assistance or any rights available under applicable law.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an eligible exchange, contact us through our website or email support@ahgth.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item purchased, and the size you would like to exchange it for.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of exchange approval. Please do not send any items without prior authorization.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with standard size exchanges.

AHGTH will cover the shipping cost of the approved replacement item within the United States.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard exchanges.

For international orders, please contact us before requesting an exchange, as shipping costs and eligibility may vary.

If AHGTH shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds for defective items, incorrect orders, or other qualifying circumstances will be issued to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
